    Partner Manager - San Francisco, CA, United States - Sendoso

    Sendoso is looking for an experienced, visionary, results-driven Partner Manager who is responsible for supporting new partnerships and alliances as well as opportunities to enhance distribution for Sendoso offerings and open up new markets.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep network within the Hubspot ecosystem and the broader tech community and a proven track record of leveraging these connections to drive business growth. You can function autonomously and guide deals toward mutually desirable outcomes.

    In cases where you do not have deep existing relationships, you are able to build them by navigating startups and larger tech firms, selling them on the value of partnering with Sendoso. As such, you will be able to make sure we have deep and meaningful relationships with the right players at our key partners.

    Leveraging your industry knowledge, you can also identify and nurture meaningful partnerships for Sendoso across the tech ecosystem as well as potential other relevant greenfield ecosystems.

    This role will report to the Head of Revenue and Partnerships and work closely with all revenue generating teams as well as customer facing teams.

    • A current or former closer who not only understands how to drive a deal from discovery to signature, but you love the thrill of the sale
    • An innovator who is both creative and not afraid to build something in the gray aka start-ups and a start-up environment don't scare you
    • You are a natural people person with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence your audience through presentations, training and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will possess the personal drive to deliver what needs to get done and have a proven track record of over achieving sales quota and pipeline goals
    • A partner through and through to all stakeholders (internal and external)

    Your Typical Day:

    • Leverage your existing relationships to advance partnerships that benefit Sendoso's customers and our partners
    • Identify such partnerships and drive both the partner and Sendoso to bring execute these partnerships
    • Form new relationships with critical Sendoso partners, ensuring we are properly mapped to and connected with key contacts at our major partners
    • Negotiate major commercial agreements, owning the entire deal process, from finding the right partners, negotiating the deals, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership
    • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver against an aligned vision for key partnerships
    • Manage the relationships with our existing strategic partners by expanding joint collaboration, driving innovation in our products, and maximizing the mutual benefits derived from these partnerships
    • Ensure Sendoso has best-in-class economics with our partners and the optimal structures in place to facilitate rapid product development
    • Advise internal stakeholders on the best approaches for product development and maintain knowledge of best practices in our ecosystem

    Your Experience:

    • 3-5+ years of proven experience and successful quota attainment in a relevant Sales and/or Partnership role
    • Ability to identify new partnership opportunities to drive significant value to Sendoso customers and accelerate our roadmap
    • Obsessed with understanding your customer or partner.
    • Comfortable operating independently.
    • Comfortable presenting in large groups & showcasing yourself as a thought leader in our industry.
    • Experience working in matrix environments
