We specialize in residential and commercial projects, and we are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Interior Designer to join our team.

    Job Description:

    Process is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Intern to assist our Director of Social Media in our growing company. This is an exciting opportunity for college students to make a significant impact on our company's success while learning about social media, digital marketing and being active in the interior designer field. This paid position is flexible, Monday to Friday, and averages 15-20 hours per week.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:


    • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns


    • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites


    • Create and distribute content such as videos and photos on social media


    • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability


    • Support marketing manager at job site visits and daily tasks


    • Assist on influencer campaign strategy


    • Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms as well as other community management


    • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content


    • Create compelling graphics to share across social channels


    • Write social media captions that speak to the company's target audience


    • Help create and edit short-form videos


    • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement


    • Assist with photo/video content shoots


    • Ensure brand message is consistent

    Qualifications:


    • Currently in college studying Marketing, Communications or related fields


    • Impeccable oral and written communication skills


    • Excellent internet research skills


    • Mastery of the major social media platforms including Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google+


    • Knowledge of social media analytics software including Meta Business Suite to track audience engagement and campaign performance


    • Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software
