    About The Role:
    As the Senior Manager Media, you will play a crucial role in the marketing team and the entire organization. This position involves strategic planning as well as hands-on involvement, emphasizing the effectiveness of national and local marketing initiatives in boosting sales and attracting new customers for Buff City Soap.

    This role is responsible for spearheading the National Paid Media strategy, which includes planning, execution, measurement, and optimization in collaboration with the media buying agency Acadia. By implementing rapid A/B testing and establishing best practices, the Senior Manager Media will also work closely with Franchisees nationwide to ensure cutting-edge media strategies are used at the local level to maximize sales and customer acquisition.

    The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge in media and provide a fresh, data-driven perspective on media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty. While experience in Franchise and Retail is a bonus, it is not mandatory. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer at our Headquarters in Addison, TX, this role offers a great opportunity for growth and impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the national Paid Media strategy from start to finish, in partnership with internal creative teams and external media agency, Acadia.
    • Review existing national media budgets, audience targeting, creatives, and plans, and suggest and implement optimizations to drive foot traffic to stores.
    • Propose data-driven strategies for new marketing approaches targeting all stages of the marketing funnel - awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty.
    • Develop a set of best practices for local media to increase foot traffic and new customer acquisition for Franchisees.
    • Collaborate with Franchisees' local marketing teams and media agencies to execute successful local campaigns.
    • Work closely with internal social and influencer teams to acquire top-tier User-Generated Content (UGC) for use in national paid media and local campaigns.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Demonstrated success over 5-7 years in creating and implementing integrated media plans.
    • Proficiency in traditional (TV, Radio, OOH) and digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Streaming, OTT, Programmatic, Affiliate).
    • Expertise in both national and local integrated marketing strategies, especially driving store traffic in diverse market settings.
    • Experience with various MarTech stack platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok) and analytical tools (Adobe, DMP's, Programmatic, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Como Loyalty).
    • A proactive individual with a creative and inquisitive mindset. Adaptability is crucial to align with Buff City Soap's culture.
    • Ability to articulate a vision clearly and gain support in a dynamic stakeholder environment, involving Franchisees, Franchisor Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors.
    • Outstanding collaborator with significant experience in internal (creative, e-commerce) and external (Franchisees, media agency) collaborations.
    • Preferably, background in Retail and/or Franchise; a proven track record of achieving results for physical store locations (not limited to eCommerce websites).
