    A critical way to tell our stories is through social media, and we are seeking a Social Media Manager to weave that story across our most engaging platforms.

    This person will be responsible for creating, publishing, and amplifying compelling content across all social-first channels, driving brand loyalty and reach among our community.

    The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and organized while able to act expeditiously.

    This role will report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and must have a shrewd eye for social media, influencers, and partnerships, from what's working now to what's newly emerging.

    While we value candidates located in Dallas, TX due to content capturing opportunities here at headquarters, we are also open to fully remote candidates.

    Responsibilities
    Lead content strategy and tactical execution for owned and paid social media efforts across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and any other emerging, relevant platforms
    Develop and execute a content calendar that's engaging and relevant to the Trade and end consumers
    Set social media KPIs and own reporting on an ongoing basis
    Together with your manager and other key marketing partners, develop content ideas that express Loloi's brand values while driving authentic engagement and reach
    Manage our paid ambassador program and our in-kind influencer program, assessing potential influencer partnerships and feeding the UGC pipeline for our own use
    Continue to strengthen and build our social media community through authentic tactics that create an interactive relationship between the audience and Loloi
    Serve as a community manager on all social media platforms, forming connections across our followers and influencers, responding promptly to DMs and comments with accurate information, and surfacing sensitive issues to senior leadership as needed
    Determine the need for and manage any social media management tools, from a content optimization platform to an influencer management platform
    In partnership with your manager, strategize beyond social media to expand concepts across multiple channels, serving as a proactive and valuable member of the Marketing Department
    Actively partner with our Performance Marketing, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Copywriting and Photography teams to develop the strongest content possible
    Take ownership and an active role in the production aspect of your projects from end-to-end, from emailing specifications to a graphic designer to following up with another department for a file, no task is too small to complete the job
    Qualifications
    Willingness to travel to photoshoots and events to capture content
    Extensive experience with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
    High level of visual standards and genuine interest in home aesthetics is a plus
    Experience managing influencers and UGC
    Sincere understanding of what works in social media to drive engagement
    Passion for seeking new approaches to engaging with the audience beyond "what's working now"
    Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media content, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms
    Understanding of paid social media strategy, from running paid campaigns to boosting and whitelisting organic content
    Fantastic communicator and cross-functional partner
    Expert prioritization skills and managing up
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    Experience with Basecamp or other project management platforms is a plus
    Extensive experience with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing and/or communications
    5+ years of experience in social media and influencer management
