- Promote and practice the Tidewell Foundation mission and values and follows all policies and procedures of Empath Health and its affiliated companies.
- Plan and execute all Foundation fundraising events.
- Manage all donor cultivation and stewardship events.
- Coordinate third-party events with organizations, businesses, and individuals.
- Partner with Foundation fundraising team to meet the revenue goals of fundraising events.
- Maintain budgets for all events and prepare financial analyses.
- Coordinate volunteers for all events, including event committees.
- Collaborate with Communications team on event marketing and collateral.
- Work with vendors and any event-related contract services.
- Utilize the Raiser's Edge (RE) database to record participant contact and event participation information.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in philanthropy or event planning is required, with demonstrated experience in successfully executing events or securing event sponsorships.
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered as meeting the Educational/Professional requirements
