    Real Estate Services Manager


    Summary/Objective

    The Real Estate Services Manager reports directly to Director of Real Estate Services who is also responsible for the following TuCasa Investment, Inc.

    entities (Framework Homes, LLC; Neighborhood Alliance Management, LLC, Esperanza Real Estate RGV, LLC).

    The Real Estate Services Manager will assist the Director of Real Estate Services in tasks related to the planning, implementation, development, and administration including, but not limited to, handling daily operations, producing, and updating MLS listings to track real estate sales, supporting the marketing team, organizing filing systems, and assisting with contracts.

    Also responsible for coordinating with the AHSTI accounting team to complete basic bookkeeping tasks for all entities.

    • Support the duties of the Director of Real Estate Services
    • Assist in the identification and research of sites suitable for acquisition and development for AHSTI and Framework Homes.
    • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately.
    • Provide assistance to realtors when needed for non-licensed required activities.
    • Schedule team appointments, events, and training courses for agents.
    • Assist in the coordination of all environmental reviews, reports and correspondence.
    • Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment.
    • Assist in the preparation of funding proposals, contracts and reports.
    • Assist with monitoring and analyzing construction budgets and schedules in coordination with consultants and staff.
    • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information.
    • Represent the agency and interact with all outside entities and regulatory agencies in a professional manner.
    • Be available to assist with non-licensed activities at Open Houses when needed, including weekends.
    • Assist with customer requests or inquiries for AHSTI's Real Estate Department, and all Tu Casa entities.
    • Assist Project Manager and HCH Realtors with the sales pipeline for new home customers.
    • Coordinate with marketing and social media team to prepare flyers, latest news, etc.
    • Assist with showings of rentals and viewings of new homes specs for AHSTI.
    • Assist with the social media marketing for all TuCasa Investment, Inc. entities.
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets for Framework Homes, LLC construction projects by requesting quotes from contractors and collecting expense data.
    • Prospect for new potential clients for all TuCasa Investment, Inc. entities by coordinating outreach initiatives that include cold calling for buyer/seller leads or to promote our property management and construction services.
    • Mail out farming letters on behalf of AHSTI and provide support to HCH Realty agents to property owners to inquire about buying or selling their property.
    • Assist with the coordination of HCH Realty's Internship by scheduling weekly topics and recruiting new interns.
    • Serves as initial point of contact when appropriate/necessary and to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
    • Provide support to the front desk.
    • Assist the Project Manager with city permits and service applications.
    • Stay current on all TuCasa Investment, Inc. entity information and events to serve as initial point of contact to all other AHSTI employees.
    • Assist with the management of repairs to ensure they happen on time and within budget.
    • Track all real estate transactions and maintain a physical and electronic file for each transaction.
    • Maintain a database of all HCH Realty closing to track sales and realtor commissions for the fiscal year.
    • Coordinate with accounting and provide accurate information regarding HCH Realty's policies for transaction fees, and brokerage/agent commission split.
    • Provide administrative support and assist with the training of other employees when appropriate/necessary.
    • Facilitate the communication between all other employees and independent contractors involved with the TuCasa Investment, Inc. entities so that everyone is current on project progression.

    Travel
    Occasional travel outside of area related to training may be required of this position.


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training in land development, home construction and Real Estate marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. 2-3 years' experience in real estate practices and procedures

    • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)

    Relevant Licenses/Certifications

    • Valid Texas Driver's License required.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications

    • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate/leasing software programs or modules
