• Manage day-to-day requirements of property.
• Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services.
• Welcome and show community to prospective new residents. Also, handle incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Always have an excellent/positive customer service attitude. 
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)
• Collect all rents, other charges and miscellaneous income.
