Responsibilities

  • Support in the absence of the Service Manager with the following tasks:
  • Responsibility for the entire service area and organization of the service process
  • Leadership, motivation and development of your team
  • Conducting team meetings
  • Ordering and availability of goods
Qualifications

  • Ideally completed training as a restaurant specialist
  • Professional experience in gastronomy is a requirement
  • Experience in personnel management is an advantage
  • Very good communication and consulting skills and enjoyment of dealing with guests
  • Willingness to perform, resilience, flexibility and team spirit
  • Organizational talent with a high focus on quality and customer orientation
