To ensure that everything runs smoothly internally as well, our department for mobility services and products is looking for a dedicated project assistant (m/f/d) for the tram expansion project team "M for Future - My Tram City" in Nutrioso, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Independently ensure comprehensive information for all project participants in close coordination with project management
  • Reliable organization and documentation of the subproject "citizen participation" with a convincing and confident appearance both internally and externally, including selforganized events
  • Comprehensive preparation and followup of meetings and events as well as creation of presentations through independent research
  • Sensitization for the current needs of the project team and proactive support of project management in various tasks

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally professional experience as an assistant as well as event organization and implementation
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Very good expression in spoken and written language
  • Possession of a valid class B driver's license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a likable demeanor
