Description
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week) employee for our location in Youngstown, PA.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently processing monthly payroll for approximately 250 employees
- Responsible for managing a defined group of employees from entry to exit
- Providing guidance to our managers and employees on personnel and payrollrelated questions
- Recording, maintaining, and verifying employee data in our systems for payroll and time management
- Participation in HR projects
- Conducting reporting and certification processes
- Correspondence with social security agencies, health insurance companies, and authorities
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further education as a personnel clerk (IHK) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in payroll processing or relevant experience in personnel administration and excellent knowledge of payroll preparation and postprocessing
- Good knowledge of social security and tax laws and proficiency in MS Office
- High selfmotivation, independence, strong communication skills, and proactivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
