    TITLE: Senior ServiceNow Developer

    LOCATION: Washington, DC/ Onsite

    MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 16 years

    INTERVIEWS: Webcam Only

    Job Description:

    The company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will have a key role in creating, developing, and executing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


    Responsibilities:
    • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
    • Troubleshoots production issues related to software applications.
    • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates new product integrations based on client needs.
    • Designs and creates new software products or significant improvements to existing software.
    • Addresses challenges of system integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
    • Collaborates with project teams and end users to determine application requirements.
    • Conducts feasibility analysis on potential upcoming projects for management review.
    • Contributes to evaluating and suggesting application software packages, integration of applications, and testing tools.

    Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (Modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM) - 5 Years Required
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs - 5 Years Required
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture and Scripting - 5 Years Required
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment - 11 Years Required
    • Troubleshooting production issues in software applications - 16 Years Required
    • Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience - Required
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification - Required
