Description

Responsibilities:


  • Install ServiceNow instance core setup and configuration and customizations
  • Contribute to roadmap and strategy presentations that align to organizational goals and resources.
  • Participate in the full SDLC Requirements Gathering, Analysis, design, and coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies
  • Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and proposing resolution and design suggestions
  • Designing solutions to enhance IT service requests in Service Request Management module by developing JavaScript programs and workflows

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • 10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience implementing and supporting foundational, ITSM and ITOM Process groups.
  • Experience in designing, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Platform
  • Experience working with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements and configuration settings within ServiceNow
  • Experience working with process owners to schedule jobs, events, and triggers to manage business needs and handle background work
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying configured IT, Customer and
  • Employee workflows to automate business processes.
  • Good working knowledge in Java Scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and jQuery)
  • Proficient in SOA and Web Services, including REST & SOAP concepts

Up to $86,000.00 per year
