    SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is looking for a Legal Assistant for their client in Nashville, TN. This role is fully onsite. The ideal candidate will support a team of attorneys in legal practice.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Utilize technology resources to ensure attorneys operate efficiently.
    • Prepare documents by transcribing, formatting, and managing text, data, and graphics using office software.
    • Understand legal processes to accurately prepare client documents within deadlines.
    • Coordinate e-filings and state court filings if necessary. Manage mail, faxes, and document scanning.
    • Organize and save documents in appropriate workspaces/folders both digitally and physically.
    • Manage attorneys' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle file openings, closings, and conflicts checks.
    • Assist attorneys with time sheets, billing, and reimbursements.
    • Maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating discretion and judgment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of litigation secretarial experience in a law firm required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal procedures.
    • Flexible, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
    • Strong typing, spelling, grammar, and clerical skills.
    • Ability to coordinate work, prepare legal documents, and maintain records.
