    As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.     salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: No Degree Required

    Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
    • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
    • Maintain organized and accurate case files, both electronically and in hard copy.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and provide timely responses or redirect as necessary.
    • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
