    • 5+ years business transactional and / or commercial litigation experience and a passion for the subject matter
    • A stable work history and stellar references
    • The ability to work in a deadline driven environment with preeminent attorneys
    • Exemplary technical skills which include redlining and a strong mastery of MS Word
    • A professional, polished demeanor
