    Rezolut / IT Support Specialist

    Rezolut is a leading national provider of diagnostic medical imaging services. Our main goal is to offer exceptional patient care combined with cutting-edge technology for improved health outcomes.

    We're looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to help our medical imaging centers. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service abilities and hands-on experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop systems and applications. Familiarity with general networking, Microsoft Server operating systems, and virtualization would be advantageous.

    The perfect candidate would be based in the New York City metro area. This role is on-site.

    Essential responsibilities and skills:

    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 Remote and Onsite technical support to clients
    • Collaborating effectively within a team structure
    • Proficient in implementing and supporting business-class hardware/software
    • Working within a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue
    • Keeping comprehensive, precise, and updated client documentation
    • Maintaining records of work performed on trouble tickets
    • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
    • Communicating effectively with users regarding trouble tickets
    • Maintaining relevant industry skills and certifications

    Ideal qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience in an IT help desk or desktop support environment or equivalent educational background
    • Experience troubleshooting or supporting Microsoft platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, all current flavors of Windows)
    • Familiarity with basic networking principles and their interactions (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
    • Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining peripherals (scanners, fax machines, printers, etc.)
    • Dealing with standard hardware issues and running diagnostics
    • Understanding of standard IT Security practices (virus remediation, firewalls, phishing, etc.)
    • Ability to quickly learn and support various business applications
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
    • 1-3 years of customer service experience
    • Experience in healthcare support is a plus
