Your responsibilities:

You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for hardware and software problems. You record questions, disruptions, or issues in a modern ticket system and analyze and process them according to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
You independently or in a team handle service requests and provide them to users.
In Onsite Support, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, rollout, and commissioning of hardware and software on site.
