    Job Title: Executive Assistant with Marketing & Fundraising Expertise
    Location: Flexible (Hybrid Position)

    Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (3-4 days per week)

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our executive team and enhance our marketing and fundraising initiatives.

    Job Description
    We are looking for an Executive Assistant adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and crucial in marketing and fundraising. This position requires someone who is flexible, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support to our senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of business activities.
    • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and prepare essential documentation.
    • Assist in preparing financial analyses, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
    • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
    Marketing and Fundraising Focus:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain investors, with an emphasis on the technology sector.
    • Utilize experience in capital raising for hedge funds and private equity to enhance funding efforts.
    • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and investors.
    • Organize investor events and manage marketing materials to promote the funds initiatives and investment opportunities.
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the hedge fund, private equity, or technology investment sectors.
    • Strong background in marketing, fundraising, and investor relations.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
