Description
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop cohesive branding strategies- Work with crossfunctional departments to develop marketing materials related to sales, training, promotions, hiring, etc.
- Research marketing strategies and gather findings from market research
- Develop, collaborate with outside partners, and manage targeted content for all media channels, including the Zankou website, social media, etc.
- Manage and respond to guest concerns on social media platforms
- Keep abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
- Liaising and strengthening relationships with partners, suppliers and clients
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
