About this role

As a Customer Success Specialist (d/f/m) at aleno, you will be responsible for onboarding, support, and comprehensive consulting for aleno customers in Mount Vernon. You will advise restaurant chains, hotel restaurants, award-winning fine dining establishments, and others on the best use of our restaurant management software. As you help take digitalization in the hospitality industry to the next level, you will work closely with our sales and product teams and gather valuable feedback on our product.

Location: This is a hybrid position, split between working from home and on-site in Mount Vernon.

In this role, you will

  • develop our new customers into aleno experts through onboarding, ensuring they make the best use of our software for their restaurant
  • respond to customer inquiries through emails, phone calls, and web demos, providing competent advice on restaurant processes and organization to ensure customer satisfaction
  • understand the goals of our new customers and work with them to develop a plan to achieve them
  • gather valuable feedback to improve our product and create the greatest possible value for all of our customers
  • proactively identify upsell opportunities in your consultations and work with our integration partners (e.g. POS, PMS, payment, or others) to implement them
