    Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    2. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
    4. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
    5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
    7. Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
    8. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    3. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
    6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
    7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    8. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
