    We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support our customers with exceptional service. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

    1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
    3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and promotions.
    4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    7. Uphold company standards for customer service excellence.
    8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
