A glimpse into your work environment:

  • You approach customers in an open and friendly manner, take their wishes and questions seriously, and embody customer orientation and service quality at the highest level.
  • You value the reception and care of our customers. You are their first personal point of contact and the face of the dealership.
  • You handle electronic workshop orders, organize possible trips for customers, and support the service advisors.
  • You confidently handle all customer concerns and create the highest level of customer satisfaction with solutions.
  • You support the invoicing and complaint management process in the service process.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have a commercial or technical vocational training and ideally have experience in customer service.
