- Organize and oversee the production of internal meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation materials.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our communication strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a communications role, with a preference for candidates with experience in the music or technology sectors.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Slides, with a proven track record of using these tools to create compelling presentations and documents.

JOB TITLE: Communications Specialist
LOCATION: New York or Los Angeles
THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller with the ability to simplify complex ideas and narratives, proficient in Google Docs and Google Slides, and able to use these tools to effectively present ideas to various stakeholders. We're looking for a self-motivated person with stellar writing, organizational, and time management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
