    This is a remote position.
    Signature is looking to add a Customer and Field Support Specialist to our Operations Team.

    We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and field consultants. Your main goal will be to ensure that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while upholding our company's high standards of time service, productivity, and profitability.     The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in the Insurance Inspection industry along with a working knowledge of Client Services and Field Management support.

    Scope of Responsibilities:


    • Maintains a pleasant demeanor and commitment to service.


    • Serves as the first point of contact for contractors and clients.


    • Processes status requests by email and telephone.


    • Listens to needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.


    • Assists team members with administrative duties.


    • Refers and delegates inquiries to appropriate team members.


    • Monitors cases to ensure completion by specified due dates.


    • Assist with order assignments


    • Redirects client challenges and complaints to management.


    • Performs accurate company-required record keeping.


    • Informs clients of anticipated delays and any additional information necessary.


    • Documents communications in company platforms for transparency to all team members.


    • Follows-up on requests to ensure delivery is achieved by set deadlines.


    • Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.


    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)


    • Prior experience in Client Services, Field Management, or the insurance inspection industry required


    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.


    • Excellent oral/written communication skills


    • Excellent customer and contractor relationship skills


    • Positive and enthusiastic personality


    • Excellent organization skills


    • Proficient in MS Office


    • Ability to multi-task


    • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors


    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree preferred

    The company will provide computer equipment. Employee to provide internet and phone equipment
