Role Overview:
The Pre-Registration Specialist is responsible for verifying essential information with patients before services, addressing and collecting patient liabilities, and delivering top-notch customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
They guarantee the accuracy and completeness of registration data, demographic details, and insurance information before services are provided. Additionally, they communicate all estimates of patient liabilities and strive to collect payments promptly to meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
