    In November 2021, iHealth's COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for over-the-counter sales. Since then, iHealth has emerged as a key supplier of at-home COVID tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofits, and individual consumers. With its commitment to helping people lead healthier lives, iHealth is poised to continue driving positive change in the healthcare industry.

    Job Summary

    We are in search of a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks under the guidance of the Office Manager. The ideal candidate, who is also bright and cheerful, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit a strong commitment to maintaining office efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
    • Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
    • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
    • Coordinates the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
    • Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
    • Provides support for teams when necessary
    • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
    • Excellent organizational skills
