- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, manage payments, proactively improve day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain documentation compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations before treatment is begun
- Assist administrative billing team processing copayments and communicating patient benefits
- Daily communication with staff, patients, and referring physicians
- Excellent people skills, time management and multi tasking skills are essential.
- One year in an administrative role in healthcare setting or in high-touch customer-facing roles
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows operating systems
