Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Coordinates the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
  • Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
  • Provides support for teams when necessary
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Requirements and skillsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone- Solid written and verbal communication skills- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise- Excellent organizational skills
