- Financial Reporting
- Administrate the monthly close process across the businesses
- Prepare the monthly consolidated financials
- Work with the businesses to proactively improve reporting processes
- Create the monthly consolidated reporting presentation
- Develop and/or review monthly variances
- Create weekly financials updates
- Assure processes and systems are well-developed and consistent
- Planning
- Lead and be a key contributor in the annual budget process
- Lead and be a key contributor in the forecasting process
- Develop and maintain an interactive five year outlook
- Analytically review plans and recommend changes to assure that company goals are met
- Controls
- Assure that US GAAP is followed and that reporting is compliant across the companies
- Manage the annual audit
- Assure that appropriate controls are in place and maintained
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- Masters preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of hands-on consolidated financial reporting
- Strong systems background with the ability and experience analyzing large amounts of data
- High degree of competence working in a multi-ERP environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Occasional travel will be required.

The Regent Holding Company FP&A Manager supports the company's success by enabling well-informed decisions with exceptional analysis, reporting, and projecting.
