As a
Financial Reporting Analyst, you'll expand your accounting knowledge, research new and current SSAP and GAAP guidance, and determine appropriate accounting treatment.

You'll compile the monthly, quarterly, and annual management and regulatory financial statements, participate in the monthly close process, and perform variance analysis.

You'll also be challenged to streamline existing processes and drive efficiencies.


This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Financial Reporting Analyst make an impact?

  • Completes timely and accurate internal and external financial statements and related schedules for reporting entities.
  • Develops and maintains queries and worksheets to support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Implements changes necessary to comply with regulatory requirements and stays abreast of changes in accounting guidance, trends, techniques, and procedures.
  • Coordinates accounting matters with other departments and divisions.
  • Completes timely and accurate state filings.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including use of pivot tables and complex formulas. Prior knowledge of Workday is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, perform analysis, and problem solve.
  • Prior experience with regulatory reporting is preferred.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
