You will join COUNTRY Financial's team of
Internal Wholesaler professionals to collaborate with various support areas to serve our client-facing representatives throughout the country with life and investment product support and coaching.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does an Internal Wholesaler make an impact?

Life and Investment product expertise for representatives, Home Office, and field partners to help drive financial services growth.
Provides centralized support assisting reps and connecting them with partners as necessary.
Maintain relationships with internal partners such as Agency Training and Marketing to assist in developing, designing and implementing training and marketing efforts to launch and support products and related efforts.
Collaborate with field and home office areas to meet company goals through aligning wholesaling efforts to local needs and capacity utilizing communications platforms to promote life / investments products.
Uses industry knowledge including competitive position among peer companies to assist with life and investment case preparations.
Accurately report individual wholesaling activities (case preparations, consultations, referrals to other field support areas, etc.) in applicable systems (CRM, spreadsheets, Teams, etc.) for timely management reporting of results to drive company growth.
Assists management with reporting needs, competitive research and analysis, presentation, and research materials, and coordinating internal processes.

Do you have what we're looking for?

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6 and 63 and life/health licensed or obtained within 6 months of hire.
Sales or customer service experience.
Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
