    Description

    Be a part of the Portfolio Planning team at COUNTRY Financial to help drive business decisions by producing actionable reports that show key performance indicators and use analytics and metrics to improve processes. We also seek to transform reporting and the supporting processes through Portfolio Transformation.

    Primarily, you will conduct analysis, planning, and reporting that supports Technology strategic planning, growth, and development efforts and translate findings into meaningful insights. Develop and prepare the Technology financials/budget by analyzing cost structure, projects, and financial projections. Conduct various analytical studies including but not limited to: benchmarking Technology costs internally and externally, internal & external labor studies, capital/expense impacts for Hardware/Software, etc.

    This role will initially focus on delivering our current reporting package as well as conducting routine administrative tasks within our portfolio tool, Clarity. Over time, this role will grow into more technical contribution including helping to automate and reimagine our reporting suite and configuring Clarity.

    This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

    How does a Technology Strategic Reporting Analyst make an impact?

    • Develops and maintains dashboards, generates reports, and prepares data visualizations. Creates financial models to forecast and guide data-driven business decisions.
    • Conducts internal and external benchmarking cost analysis across cost categories and departments to identify best practices and potential cost savings.
    • Collaborate with colleagues for the purpose of collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
    • Create ad-hoc data sets through graphs, tables and other visuals upon request.
    • Presents findings and insights to stakeholders as applicable.
