- Fully support the health and safety program
- Managing documentation and reports
- Updating training programs
- Managing OSHA and additional environmental requirements
- Assisting the Health and Safety Manager with various projects
- Supporting all internal company health and safety and training communications
- Assist in scheduling and structuring health and safety training
- 1 + years' experience as an administrative / project support professional in the construction industry
- Exposure/knowledge of general health and safety practices
- Knowledge of the well/pump industry a plus
- Construction experience regarding safety/health procedures a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree is helpful, not a must
- Ability/willingness to work onsite 100 % of the time
- Ability/willingness to accept a temporary project
