Job Title:
Receptionist


Pay Rate:
$20 an hour


Shift:1st Shift

  • 8 am to 5 pm ( Monday to Friday)

Location:
Cindy Lane, Carpinteria, CA, 93013

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking and delivering messages when necessary.
  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Will be scanning documents into system ( Computer efficient )
  • Will need to memorize buildings and who is where (7 buildings)
  • Lifting on a regular basis (20lbs30lbs)
  • 30%min walking throughout the day
  • Processes all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, including distribution proper postage, etc.
  • Prepares customs documents for intercompany shipments.
  • Scans and updates work copies of orders to K: drive.
  • Maintains Capacity Planning spreadsheet and uploads to K: drive.
  • Separates invoices and forwards copies as required.
  • Clerical duties such as typing correspondence and documents, filing work orders, purchase orders and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Maintains and updates branch calendar.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Reviews Visitor Log Book at the end of every business day to ensure all visitors have signed out.
  • Supports production projects by labelling bags, envelopes or cartons at desk when time allows.
  • Reports security and/or health and safety infractions or potential infractions in a timely manner and to the appropriate contacts.
  • Performs other related tasks that his/her supervisor deems necessary for the efficient operation of the department.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
