    Description

    We are collaborating with a well-established Private Equity funded Software search organization. This role is exceptional, as you will be closely working with the Originator and key Partners to carry out Product searches for PE-funded Software businesses. You will be part of a small team of 3+ search experts, responsible for handling the entire candidate management process including sourcing, screening, nurturing, and overseeing high-level candidates.

    Role Elements:

    • Conducting top-notch Product searches for leading PE-backed software companies.
    • Assisting in managing client relationships with PE Talent Partners.
    • Supporting the Founder in business growth, with a clear path to eventually assume full responsibility for this area.

    • Earning Potential: Competitive base salary ranging from $70-90k+ coupled with a generous bonus system that can drive first-year earnings to six figures.
