Input and book all mortgages on the DCU system, quote and accept payoffs, and answer all incoming phone calls regarding all servicing inquiries.
Perform various file maintenance duties including, but not limited to: discharge research and preparation, performing loan corrections, completing the standard system check review and comparison, and maintaining all hazard insurance tracking for all mortgages.
Complete assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicate with members as needed.
Assist and support functions for loan boarding, preparation of documents for loan sales, schedule of loan closings and all communications with applicable parties.
Perform support functions to ensure all closing and post closing processes are complete.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
