As a Housekeeping Associate you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor


Job Summary - Full Time Cleaner/Housekeeping
The Full Time Housekeeping Associate have a wide range of duties, from housekeeping to production assistance. The will execute a variety of cleaning tasks under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The shift is Monday - Friday, from 9-5, with weekend work.

This associate is responsible for post production cleaning, prepping material for the next day, and keeping the property up to specification.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keeping property clean, including floors, walls, grow rooms, jars and other production requirements.
• Clean and prepare working are for next shift
• Management of all cleaning supplies and assisting in schedule development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A positive attitude, a great work ethic, honest, trustworthy, willingness to learn, take direction and be a selfstarter.
• Must be able to clearly follow directions from a written document.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment but also able to work individually and accomplish individual tasks and goals.
• Must have good hygiene and understand the importance of proper hygiene and overall cleanliness and sanitation as it relates to cannabis.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ and willing and able to pass background screening.
• High School diploma is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in the cannabis industry especially in production is a plus.
• Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, early mornings and long hours when needed on an occasional basis.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and confidential information.
• Ability to work in a physically active role where most of your time shall be spent on your feet walking, standing, or bending over for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Slip and greaseresistant shoes are REQUIRED to meet safety standards.

This is a full-time position with compensation level commensurate with experience and value generation.


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
