    **Sales Coordinator**

    **Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD)**

    The Sales Coordinator position providesday-to-day account management and operational support to BD and operations within PPD's bioanalyticallaboratory. This role is an individual contributor and client facing position with specific requirements that include but are not limited to tracking, following up and closing contract modifications and change orders with clients which facilities the team in achieving our business goals. The incumbent must provide demonstrated competency in essential job functions. Daily tasks are varied and often complex, which requires good judgment and the ability to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.

    Essential Responsibilities: Manage and facilitate communication with stakeholders on site including BD, operations, and the contracts and proposal team to expedite the finalization and progress of contracts with our clients. Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal partners. Maintain data analytics of outstanding contract modifications. Support of BioA BD team sales authorization and operations revenue targets. Completion of special project assignments as required.

    Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field and minimal experience (comparable to 0 - 2 years) experience with relational databases, preferably with data trend analysis and reporting. Highly prefer 2-4 years' experience in a customer service or sales support role. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams Knowledge of Salesforce, LIMS database systems is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively. Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support with emphasis on a customer focus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Results and detail-oriented with highly motivated work ethic and strong time management skills Effective at managing shifting multiple priorities while meeting business goals. Problem-solving and process improvement minded. Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, be a strong team player, who will strive in a fast pace environment and be success motivated. Have intuitive sense of required steps to close business and gain customer trust.
