We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative to join our family The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, build a relationship with them, provide a positive experience, and successfully move them through the sales process to a membership sale.

The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmatched customer service to current members.

DUTIES:

Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
Conduct tours of the facility
Establish a personal relationship with clients to target individual goals and needs
Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
Participate in special events to promote the studio
Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
Communicate with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
Take pictures for social media platforms
Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Warm, welcoming and engaging personality
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system*This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend shift
