    Responsibilities

    • Leader primarily responsible for the business office operations of the community.
    • Responsible for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining community associates.
    • Supports Executive Director in driving growth and complying with operational processes.
    • Ensures effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
    • Ensures proper billing for services provided and leads timely collection of receivables.
    • Oversees payroll process and payment to associates.
    • Ensures proper billing and payment processing for vendor invoices.
    • Associate degree or equivalent required; minimum of three years related experience and/or training preferred; managerial and office setting experience a plus.
