    Description

    Aufgaben

    Fachliche Führung des Controlling Fachgebietes
    Controlling Business Partner für die internen Fachbereiche und externen Partnern
    Koordination, Steuerung und Durchführung von Regelprozessen (Planung, Prognose, Steuerung)
    Vorbereitung von Managemententscheidungen durch Gremienvorbereitung und Teilnahme an denselben als Vertretung des Vorgesetzten
    Permanente Neu-/Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse, -methoden und -werkzeuge sowie dem Berichtswesen und Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards
    Darüber hinaus gehende Weiterentwicklung der angrenzenden End-to-End Prozesse gemeinsam mit den anderen Unternehmensfunktionen
    (Ad-hoc) Analyse und Kommentierung von KPI's und Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Maßnahmenableitung zusammen mit den Fachbereichen
    Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung, Business Cases etc. und Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsempfehlungen für das Management

    Anforderungen

    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
    Sehr lange Berufserfahrung (i.d.R. > 7 Jahre) idealerweise im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling oder Beratung in der Industriebranche, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder vergleichbaren Branchen
    Fundierte Kenntnisse im internen und idealerweise im externen Rechnungswesen
    Idealerweise erste fachliche Führungserfahrungen
    Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Ziel-orientierung mit einem hohen Maß an analytischem und konzeptionellem Denken und Handeln
    Ausprägte Kommunikations-, Team-, Konfliktfähigkeiten sowie soziale Kompetenzen
    Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP FI/CO)
    Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
