    Job Title: Operations Manager/Catering Manager

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager/Catering Manager to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Excellence:

    Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

    Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance overall productivity.

    2. Catering Management:

    Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering events, from planning to execution.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor services accordingly.

    3. Team Leadership:

    Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent high-quality service.

    4. Vendor Relations:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for products and services.

    5. Budget Oversight:

    Develop and manage budgets for both operations and catering events.

    Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in operations management and catering/event planning.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

    Passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
