Operations Manager specializing in extensive bar service and meticulously crafted, personalized catering experiences.

As the Operations Manager, you will be the maestro behind our catering operations, orchestrating seamless events with a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail.

From coordinating bar services to managing high-touch catering experiences, you'll ensure that every guest leaves with memories to cherish.

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure impeccable service delivery.
Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering packages and exceed expectations.
Maintain a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across all operations.

What We Offer:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
