• Facilitates the daytoday duties of sourcing, packing and ensuring deliveries leave with the drivers ontime
• Assists with the opening and closing duties of the department
• Assists with keeping the team on track with packing, deliveries, stock and prep duties and cleaning the facility
• Build delivery routes that guarantees all ordered are delivered on time to clients and cafes alike
• Assist Kitchen Manager and Catering Manager who prep product as necessary and to spec
• Assess bakery inventory and utilize pack sheets to properly organize cafe and catering orders
• Assists Catering Manager in responding and scheduling catering queries

• Ensures prepared goods look pleasing and are portioned in accordance to recipes/pack guides
• Works with Manager to supervise and onboard and train catering/delivery staff to the Lucky Lab standards, as well as keep the team motivated and on task throughout the shift
• Ensures that the delivery team is meeting expectations at satellite locations through regular visits and communication with satellite GM's

• Prior experience in catering preferred, but not required

• 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
• Food handlers card within 30 days of employment
• Be organized and extremely thorough
• Ability to read and create checklists and spreadsheets
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Be able to work in a small space amongst other teams with a high level of productivity
• Be able to lift/move boxes up to 50lbs
• Be incredibly reliable on time and flexible

• Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet and/or humid conditions)
