- Support Corporate Sales team in pre-sale activities, including conducting demos of ESP/ESP+ platform, running discovery sessions to identify customer needs, and researching connectivity or integration solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational and support expectations/requirements with Corporate Sales goals.
- Define and document product features/requirements for Corporate Accounts, setting priorities based on ASI Sales initiatives, business development opportunities, and market/competitive needs.
- Identify client-specific features and devise plans to address individualized client requirements.
- Establish and present product features and business requirements roadmap to Product Owners, driving roadmap execution/implementation.
- Track product delivery progress and hold teams accountable for delivery in accordance with established roadmap and business goals.
- Own product migration initiative, ensuring timely implementation of required features, creating/maintaining migration schedules, establishing/executing communication plans, providing post-migration support, and reviewing feedback to ensure migration success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management, integration solutions, or sales support within the technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one-hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
The Sales Support Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving business and product goals by ensuring the delivery of high-value actionable analysis and perspective to both ASI and our clients. This role will involve promoting consistent growth of client accounts, providing top-quality services, ensuring product values and credibility, and fostering strategic relationships across departments by gaining thorough knowledge of ASI Products & Services and ESP/ESP+ platform serving the Promotional Products industry.
