    You will play a key role in ensuring agency compliance with 245D across all service aspects and will collaborate closely with county licensors to showcase adherence to these standards, including internal audits, resolution of grievances, and formulation/execution/documentation of corrective actions.

    You will serve as the agency's representative by completing licensing paperwork, furnishing requested details on service delivery, and ensuring operations align with 245D mandates.

    Prior experience with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is advantageous though not mandatory. Upholding CARF requirements and coordinating the CARF survey each accreditation cycle will be part of your responsibilities.

    Furthermore, you will be tasked with collecting specified data, generating reports, and delivering CARF presentations during assessments. Additionally, as the Residential Program Administrator, you will supervise two to three Residential Program Directors, overseeing and guaranteeing top-tier service provision via delegation to these directors.

    In collaboration with Residential Program Directors, you will pursue referrals and finalize service initiations for individuals served. Acting as a liaison in the Chain of Command for families and external partners, you will strive to ensure stakeholder contentment with the services provided.


    As the Residential Program Administrator, your duties encompass identifying and achieving department objectives aligned with our agency's goals, as well as implementing new initiatives and programs. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations via service delivery and business functions is paramount. The role also involves managing budgets and service finances to ensure alignment with funding channels.

    Location:
    Minneapolis, with regular travel to residential sites.

    To qualify, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services-related field and one year of full-time experience in offering direct care to individuals with disabilities or those aged 65+, an associate degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience, a diploma in a relevant field from an accredited institution along with three years of applicable work experience, a minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities, plus four years of direct care service experience under a qualified supervisor.

    In addition to the above criteria, a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a program providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or the elderly is required for all applicants. An acceptable driving record in line with Pinnacle Services' policy is essential for this role.

    This position demands flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and on-call duties.
