    Director Of Human Resources


    Are you a dynamic, company focused Human Resources professional looking for an amazing opportunity and wanting to take your career to the next level? Redi Services, LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of an experienced Director of Human Resources to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. This position will be based out of our beautiful new office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. With safety being our top priority, Redi Services, LLC. has exciting plans for 2024.     Job duties are including but are not limited to:

    • Using excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to showcase excellent attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent conflict resolution skills.
    • Familiarity with organizing, directing, budgeting, controlling, and managing a Human Resources Department.
    • Ability to maintain high morale and provide a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by all employees.
    • Knowledge of employment law and applicable regulations.
    • Experience with varied HR information systems.
    • Ensuring that performance evaluations are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
    • Conducting annual and ongoing training according to company guidelines.
    • Continually updating job descriptions and task guides for all positions with measurable performance indicators.
    • Developing programs and implementing procedures for new employee orientation and initial training in cooperation with our safety department.
    • Having excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and/or other related software.

    Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field experience.


    Licensing / Registration Certification:

    Preferred: Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification.

    Required: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources or related field.


    Salary: From $90,000 DOE.
