Tasco Security - Enfield NH is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is Full-Time and is based in our Enfield office. This is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
First to answer phone calls, triage and redirect as necessary
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information, records and notes.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Must pass a comprehensive background check, pre-employment physical and drug screening.
