As a Digital Printing Customer Service Representative at JTS Direct, you will be the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our digital printing services.

Your responsibilities will include providing professional assistance, managing orders efficiently, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless coordination with our production team to deliver high-quality print materials.


Responsibilities:

Order Management: Receive and process print orders accurately and promptly. Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize jobs effectively.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and any potential issues or delays.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns related to orders or print quality in a timely manner.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders within our CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on digital printing capabilities and industry trends.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in printing or digital services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital printing processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain composed in highpressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Conclusion:


Pay:
$ $24.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
